Please note that all our jewelry is custom made . So from the time you place an order to the delivery date, it should take 10-12 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number with which you can track your order. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at    info@sokojewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
